Shooting Stars

When I spotted this lady in front of Dirty Harrys, my first thought was, where does the shooting stars starts at. Since I did not ask, now I will never know. Also because I never asked or looked, I will never know if there was letters or a name inked into the fingers of the left hand like the right hand. Also I found the rest of the tattoos on her arms very interesting, especially the face of the young child.
